Tom Kelley explains that people may be more productive when they use their entire brain. He cites Dan Pink’s book “Whole New Mind” and Guy Claxton’s book “Hare Brain ,Tortoise Mind” to show that the parts of the brain are separate and work independently. When people access the part of the brain that works in the background, their overall thinking ability increases.
