		<description>I really agree that the top dogs, the ceo&#039;s need to listen to the masses they are in fact the ones that make the company, that handle the day to day aspects. I really love the show Undercover boss as it makes these big bosses work for a few days in the lower entry level positions to see what it really is like. This show forces the bosses to realize what people are going through and makes them more sympathetic to the needs and ideas of people that work for them.</description>
