Elke den Ouden is a Senior Consultant for Innovation at Philips Innovation Services where she supports Philips Business Units and other companies with the improvement of their processes. She is an expert on product innovation, with extensive experience in roadmapping, creating breakaway innovations, end-user driven innovation, business model innovation, collaborative innovation & open innovation, and design of ecosystems. Dr. den Ouden is also a Professor of Business Process Design at Eindhoven University of Technology where she conducts research into industrial and business aspects of design. She received her PhD from Technische Universiteit Delft in the Netherlands. |
