This is a very good article, interesting tips.
I see there are number of tips focusing on the communication whether the communication among the team to encourage them to talk openly and share issues, and also to share feedback and comments on others ideas, on the other side communication about announcement and sharing to wider groups and also for recognizing innovators and innovative ideas, I find this relatively consolidated and integrated view.

It is important to always look into the lessons learned and make continuous improvement to the innovation process, I find it often needed to tune the approach and emphasis the vision, definitely this takes time, it is important that one would keep focused and patient.

I have commented frequently under Esther Dyson's popular technology column. Obviously there should be forums for creativity, to stimulate the economy. I have found such forums few and far between on the web, for example medtronic is one of the few companies that seems to be actively seeking ideas under the column of "innovation".

In addition to actively seeking students who have innovative ideas, corporations should give small incentives to general populations in order to encourage insight "sporization".

I myself have contributed insights which have not received a wide enough audience, such as:

1. micro-socialism for recreational cohorts
2. small profits incentives for virtual products and hierarchical information contribution
3. personality tests to be used as meta-tag contributors for content idealization

And generally, the "modular citizen" with implications for social metaphor and material consumerism.

In the future, it may be possible to implement an "intermediate interface" that responds to electrodes, allowing a think tank to function on multiple "rays" or segues. Basically, a personal desktop can consist of interactive data which reflect an ongoing or present reaction-time concept. The reference structure, be it categorical, scientific, moral, etc. can be altered depending on the type of "influence" occurring within the conversation or bulletin.
