As the founder of IGNITE, Cheryl Zipay Kirby is an enthusiastic coach, trainer, and speaker who understands that it is the people who make the difference in the 21st century workplace. She facilitates leadership development, business ethics, group dynamics, and planned change while specializing in creativity and innovation. Ms. Kirby’s research tells us that there is an urgency to manage creativity and innovation in the workplace. She has a M.A. in Communication Leadership and is currently obtaining her Ph.D. in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi.
